A common theme with mooks – that is to say, a generic disposable fodder enemy serving a greater evil – tends to be their unrelenting ineptitude and stupidity, something the Warcraft universe in many cases tend to outright exemplify in their ogres. Of course, then comes situations like foreman Rhahk’Zor who somehow is in charge of construction projects.
Also: “Foreman Potts! Why has this machine stopped?!”
Edit: Won’t be an update today (4′th feb). Yes, I know, been missing days lately. Ultimately, I ended up being more held up today than I expected to and won’t have time to finish some time-critical tasks and get the comic done.

vancleef pay big for they heads!
lol, always loved Rhak’zor….although i remember when his drops werent even blues, lol.
great page Nhani.
According to Warcraft 1 the dead mines were crawling with Ogres at one point, so Rhahk’Zor might be older and wise…..older then one might suspect.
Though why would you appoint a ogre as a foreman?
The guy can handle logic based reasoning? ;D
…and nobody argues back ^_^
It’s mace that demands respect to now you mention it.
And the extremely beefy arm attached to it.
…ogres scare me…
I love Rei :P
I think I worked for that guy when I was a kid
That ogre, especially in the 3rd pane looks like my city’s mayor. No joke. Except for the face tatoos and the horn from his head, but still, it’s like they’re twins at least.
I love the way you make her eyebrow raise look :3 I wish you could physically make your characters do that in game and with that much attention to detail. I’m always wanting to do a facepalm too but thats another story xD
How do you kill an ogre? They’re literally all fat and muscles. You stab them and they’ll smash right back at you like nothing had happened. And Areen’s knee-capping skills won’t work on something that is as steady as a boulder. *ponder*
Ogres are killed the same way all living things are: Bleed them out
Well… you can poison them, use spells to burn them, freeze them or who knows in what other horrific way to kill them by turning their insides out etc etc.
Or if no magic or posion is available, the neck seems weaker, as well as the head, just a good blade in that region would make them bite the dust. Of course if not available even minor cuts but in bigger numbers could do the same, even if they’d tire you more. Also if you cut tendons from legs and arms the beast would collapse helpless.
Nirene, simple strategy: Go for the head! It might not be big, and it maybe quite empty, but what IS in there is supposed to be what drives him… Since the heart is unreachable =P.
I loved Rhahk’Zor. Especially when, on a very rare occasion, he wields an axe. This being so, because if he does, he dropped Taskmaster’s Axe =). Only downside: He was in my was for moving on when I tried soloing DM at lvl 20… It hurt!
Great comic, as always. Can’t help saying… Keep it up!
Of course, the “They are stupid” comment makes for an alternative strategy. Using a trick or decoy to lure him away could allow for sneaking past. Why ‘climb the mountain’ when you can stroll past it (Unless you’re captain Kirk, for then you should climb the mountain, no matter what).
“Because it’s there!”
Though the less is said about enveloping ogres, the better, I think.
He wants to make love to the ogre *shrug*
We never saw a female Ogre before….
Ilyara, you managed to make me snicker yet feel obscurely tainted at the same time. I marvel at your skill!
And the climb, is going where no man has gone before ^.~
dumb ogres… wait that guy was coming out of an office in a fancy suit!
bet hes afraid of mouse and can´t see the different between Tiny and them so he screams and runs throw the door or into it.
Aye, that would be the idea. Have Tiny mimic a rat and see if that will get him running through the door. Saves them a messy fight, aswell as serving as a decoy for Hani to go slice and dice through the mob. *grins*
