I dislike having to do choreography – I understand the necessity of it, but most of the time it’s just a real headache. Who goes in what direction and why, what can they do from there, how can everyone get their moment to shine and soforth. Of all elements going into making Beyond the Tree, it’s quite likely the one I find the least interesting. That said, it does end up being an essential part of the narrative from time to time.

Ug-oh, Areen lost her shield, hope this’ll end well!
In the 3rd panel, Hani’s rush made me think of Achilles in the movie Troy. Admittedly Brad Pitt sucks, but he really moves like I’d picture a true myrmydion would. And if Hani does too, that’s just awesome.
Areen: “Run for the hills!” (or use bubble!)
Hani: “GO FOR THE EYES BOO! GO FOR THE EYES! RAAAAARRRRRRR!”
Tiny: “Ye tell em carl!”
Te’len: “.. ehm.. root.. him?”
Anywho, they seriously need an elemental shammy that can shoot some lightning into that thing so it hopefully shuts down or goes into overdrive. Still, im looking forward to seeing how they will take this mini-mech… It has saws on wrists, shoulders, one arm. Big spikes in convenient places, a big furnace in-front, and a most likely very hot rear engine-pipes… infact, i think the only “weak” point must be Sneed being unprotected at its top, but reaching it, even with Hani’s impressive hight could be a problem.
Looking forward to see this conundrum be solved :D

Its a goblin machine…isnt it standard operating proceedure to hide behind something sturdy until it explodes?
Cant remember ever seeing Areen without her shield in a fight. Could this be an ominous sign? Here’s hoping not. Tel could end this fight in 1 move: Wrath!!!! Straight at Sneed!!!

No offense to Sneed but Col. Quaritch is way more bad ass.
Just realised that in the background of the final frame, Hani has got up close and personal with the Shredder. Not sure if she’s to it’s side or behind it as all we can see is her arm but 1 thing is for sure: A devastating force is about to be unleashed and Sneed is going to feel the full effects of it
