#48 – “Rest is for the Weary”

Yes, I’m keeping Te’len off balance for just a little while longer. She’ll catch up just a bit when she’s had time to rest!

This expanded a bit on things tested in the previous page – keeping a dialogue up between an even larger cast and still somehow making everyone present in the dialogue and having their chance to speak up. It works with some interesting group dynamic too that I’m hoping I’ll get more use of further down the line. No matter how far I plan the plot ahead, it’s nigh impossible to plan how group dynamics will pan out some six or twelve months off into the future.

And with Beyond the Tree pretty much living on character interaction, it’ll be interesting to see where it heads.

Awesome as always. Hani held her head in a bit of an odd angle on the first image though, for some reason makes me think of “the exorcist.”

I am horrible curious of what will happen next, but of course, telling would spoil the suprice :D

I get the idea of a lot of sexual innuendo in today’s comic :P

Hiya Nhani, wonderful to see another form of creativity sprouting out of you. The comic is beautiful and witty, love it!

Almost makes me wanna pick up the game and start roleplaying again, I miss those times.
